Coût de la Liberté Launches Website Sales Alongside Vogue Feature
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Just a few months after Jeff Lubell announced his new brand, Coût de la Liberté, its official website is already up and live. Stella Maxwell stars in the house’s new campaign, visible sitewide along with the full Fall 2020 collection, which is available now for online purchase.
The line features luxurious Men’s and Woman’s offerings representative of the brand’s diverse and ineffable personality: Velvet bellbottoms, cowhide motorcycle jackets, rainbow patchwork fur coats, swinging fringe, dazzling sequins and shiny stretch leather beguiling in a myriad of colors and bold silhouettes – all constructed of the most luxurious fabrics and textiles.
Jeff Lubell, who was Co-Founder and the original Creative Director of True Religion Brand, is known for his attention to detail. With production taking place locally near his home in California, he has personally overseen each fit and finish, sparing no expense to achieve the highest aesthetic, technical and comfort standards. Already, Coût de la Liberté designs have been featured across Vogue and the Vogue.com publications.
Within the launch images from Fall 2020, you’ll see supermodel Stella Maxwell looking poised in the most eclectic of fashions, all styles that are notably Lubell’s. The Woman’s line features 60 initial pieces and the Men’s 35, all of them offering a freshly modern take on iconic 70’s flair.
Price points for the line see denim ranging from $430 – $630, Cashmere in the $900s, Blazers and Jackets $750 - $5000 and Outerwear hitting $725 - $6850. All are hand-crafted and bespoke-quality statement pieces.
While this brand was born of an individual, personal expression which embodied Lubell’s creative passions it has been executed along with his Wife and Muse, Carrie Lubell who serves as co-designer. Together they have set out to defy limitations and treat luxury as the ultimate fulfillment of unbridled imagination. For the Lubells, decadence is a manifestation of creativity so vital in a moment like today’s, a fact reflected in the excitement surrounding the launch and a number of pre-order sales they’ve already seen rolling in.
