Hawkins Becomes Vice President and Managing Officer of San Carlos Office

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intero, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is excited to introduce Chris Hawkins as Vice President and Managing Officer of the San Carlos office.

Hawkins, a seasoned real estate professional, started with Intero in 2004 running his business out of his home town office of Los Altos. Soon after, Hawkins was asked to leverage his industry knowledge and teamwork mentality in running Intero’s Silver Creek office. From 2005 to 2010, Hawkins was the Vice President and Managing Officer of the new branch office and his efforts saw the recruitment of more than 200 real estate professionals and oversight of more than 1500 transactions as the Broker Designee.

Hawkins has been a licensed real estate agent for nearly three decades and more recently in 2018, he obtained his broker’s license. A long-time student of the real estate industry, Hawkins has also been heavily involved in educating others through the Intero Academy. He has been a significant agent development instructor teaching classes on contracts, negotiation, client representation and sales skills.
