The Standard Promotes Alycia Bleeker to Second Vice President of Employee Benefits Services

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company ("The Standard”) announced today that Alycia Bleeker has been promoted to second vice president of Employee Benefits Services.

Bleeker started her career at The Standard 10 years ago as an attorney, eventually becoming a senior director in the Insurance Services legal group. In 2016, she moved to become senior director of Customer Service Performance where her role focused on the customer experience, data governance and employee engagement.

In her new role, Bleeker will act as strategist, consultant and implementer, ensuring streamlined activity within Employee Benefits Services. Her responsibilities include partnering with key internal stakeholders to help deliver capabilities, cultivating The Standard’s continuous improvement culture and overseeing the coordinated achievement of organizational goals.

Bleeker received her Bachelor of Science in political science from Southern Oregon University, her Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and her Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law.
