Trinity Life Sciences Announces the Appointment of Rebecca McNamara as Chief Financial Officer

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trinity Life Sciences, a global leader in life sciences solutions, today announced the appointment of Rebecca McNamara as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reporting directly to Dave Fitzhenry, Trinity’s CEO.

Ms. McNamara has a proven track record for leading growth strategies as well as complex operational initiatives and capital allocation strategies. She joins Trinity from Boston-based Cengage where she most recently served as the Chief Integration Officer. Ms. McNamara will lead Trinity’s already world-class Operations team to even greater heights.

Ms. McNamara had a stellar career at Cengage. Besides her most recent position as Chief Integration Officer, she was Interim CFO and a Senior Vice President, Finance Planning & Analysis for the company. She also had previously worked for Thomson Reuters and TheStreet.com. Ms. McNamara holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA, specializing in Finance and Economics, from Columbia Business School.
