Client-Focused, Supportive Culture Brings 35-Year Industry Vet to Ameriprise

Advisor Eileen Holzman recently joined The Nolan Group, an established Ameriprise practice, because of team’s focus on supporting women within the financial industry

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Financial advisor Eileen Holzman recently joined The Nolan Group, an established practice within the franchise channel of Ameriprise Financial (NYSE: AMP), after spending 35 years in the industry. Holzman, who joined from Royal Alliance Associates, chose Ameriprise because she was attracted to the firm’s client-first culture and strong reputation for fostering a supportive advisor community.

“This move was about finding the right culture and team for my clients and for me – both today and into the future,” said Holzman. “Ameriprise is committed to helping advisors of all backgrounds be the best they can be for their clients, and it’s a core value of The Nolan Group as well. It’s powerful to be on a team that is thriving and dedicated to making financial planning fun, inspirational and comfortable instead of intimidating.”

Holzman wasn’t looking to switch firms when she first met Carolyn Nolan, Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisor and owner of The Nolan Group in 2017. The two advisors became friends through an entrepreneurial networking group and realized they had similar values around serving clients with integrity and a passion to inspire other women to be successful in the financial industry. In fact, Nolan has helped mentor and lead a team of mostly women, which has grown from five team members to 12 within the last six months.

“I’m thrilled to have Eileen join our team,” said Nolan. “I am obsessed with cultivating a fun, unstoppable, and empowering culture within my practice that is built on collaborative, not competitive, relationships with other advisors. Eileen brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and shares our passion for positively impacting the lives of our clients through sound financial advice.”

Also joining Ameriprise with Holzman is client service specialist Liz Ksepka.

The Nolan Group, which is based in Winchester, Massachusetts, was established in 2004 and manages $302 million in client assets. The team also includes financial advisors Jennifer Gray, Lisa Wolf, and Harish Dang, financial planning specialists Kirsten Puntiri, Katie Caplinger, and Suzanne Regan, client relationship manager Stephanie Lang, and client service specialist Nancy Pimentel.

More than 4,300 financial advisors have joined Ameriprise since 2008.1 To find out why experienced financial advisors are joining Ameriprise, visit ameriprise.com/why. For more information, or to find an Ameriprise financial advisor, visit ameriprise.com.
