Todd will grow the business to support infrastructure, environmental and technology opportunities.
Todd is a senior executive with 30+ years of leadership experience in operations, marketing, business development, technology innovation, acquisitions and organizational change management. He has had success growing revenues, profits and key accounts. His experience spans start-ups, private-equity and publicly traded businesses. Williams brings broad experience in the infrastructure market including energy, water, oil & gas and transportation. He has served in executive roles for several public and private companies including Dillon Kane Group, TRC Companies, Inc., Cardno Limited and Entrix, Inc.

Williams earned a BS in Geological Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He also completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and is a registered professional engineer and geologist in several states. Williams holds several board and board advisory positions including Augustana University (SD), SD School of Mines & Technology, Jeffery Pride Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, Agile Frameworks, Inc and MapText, Inc.
