DaySmart Software Appoints John Agostino as Chief Financial Officer

Agostino’s years of financial leadership will drive DaySmart’s continued growth 

ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DaySmart Software, the leading provider of business management software empowering small business growth, today announced the appointment of John Agostino as its chief financial officer (CFO). He joins the company as it pursues an aggressive growth strategy in several software verticals.

Agostino joins DaySmart from ABILITY Network, Inc., a leading healthcare information technology company, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. As senior vice president of finance, Agostino was responsible for leading all areas of finance, accounting, tax and treasury and helped to lead ABILITY’s growth from a venture backed business to a $1.2 billion exit. He joined ABILITY as vice president of financial planning and analysis, where he oversaw financial planning and analysis, data analytics and investor relations, while also supporting corporate development activities. Previously, Agostino advised private equity and strategic buyers and sellers through all phases of their M&A activities as a director in PwC’s deal practice. Earlier in his career, he served within Deloitte’s auditing practice. In his personal time, Agostino volunteers as treasurer of The Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund, an organization that provides need-based scholarships to students in the golf community.
