D.A. Davidson Continues Expansion of Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Team and Firm’s Footprint in Southeast, Adding Senior Banker David Morse

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that the firm continues its expansion of diversified industrials sector investment banking with the addition of David Morse, a Managing Director based in Atlanta.

“With a track record of success and strong momentum, David brings extensive operating company and private equity relationships, best-in-class transaction execution and a wealth of industrials expertise,” said Rory McKinney, head of investment banking at D.A. Morse joins D.A. Davidson with extensive experience in diversified industrials, having advised over 25 clients on transactions exceeding $20 billion in value in the last 12 years. He will continue his focus on both founder-owned and private equity-backed industrial services companies, specifically in sectors including facility and infrastructure services, environmental services, distribution, and third-party logistics. Most recently Morse was with Bowstring Advisors, a division of Citizens Bank, where he helped build and lead the industrial services practice. Morse previously worked in the industrials groups at Evercore Partners in New York and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta. He graduated with distinction from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Virginia.

“We continue to invest in our industrials practice to build upon our momentum and provide expanded sector coverage for our clients,” said Tim Sznewajs, head of industrials investment banking. “David’s client-first focus is consistent with the execution excellence for which D.A. Davidson is known.”

“I’m excited to join a team known for its exceptional culture, sector expertise, momentum in M&A advisory and extensive senior banker focus on every transaction,” Morse said. “This is a tremendous opportunity to drive superior outcomes for our clients and accelerate the firm’s growing presence in the Southeast.”

D.A. Davidson’s investment banking division is a leading full-service investment bank that offers comprehensive financial advisory and capital markets expertise.
