DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Omnitracs, LLC, the global pioneer of fleet management solutions to transportation and logistics companies, today announced the appointment of Amy Barzdukas to the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer. In this position, Barzdukas will be responsible for leading the global marketing organization in driving continued adoption of Omnitracs technology, while supporting revenue growth and the amplification of the company’s brand narrative.

With over 25 years of experience, Barzdukas brings an unconventional approach to the multiple disciplines of marketing and the Omnitracs executive leadership team. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Barzdukas served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Poly, Inc., where she led a global team of over 180 marketers and communications personnel. During her tenure, she drove the reorganization and realignment process of the Polycom, Inc., and Plantronics merger, as well as the successful rebranding effort as Poly, Inc. She oversaw global marketing campaigns that drove demonstrable growth in new product areas while building strong ROI measures and elevating the talent base.

Prior to her time at Poly, Inc., Barzdukas held the role of Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Business Personal Systems at Hewlett Packard, Inc. There she developed strategic priorities and drove alignment with sales worldwide to support $23B in business for the world’s top business PC provider. Earlier in her career, she held numerous positions at Microsoft Corporation, including General Manager, Competitive Marketing Strategy, Server and Tools business. She is well-versed in cloud technologies, enterprise software, and managing global marketing programs with budgets upwards of $100M.
Barzdukas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Abilene Christian University.
