Kemp Moyer Named to NACVA’s “40 Under Forty” List

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BPM, one of the 50 largest public accounting and advisory firms in the country, announced that Kemp Moyer, Advisory Director, has been selected as one of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts’ (NACVA) 2020 “40 Under Forty,” which recognizes rising stars in the accounting and financial consulting professions for accomplishments in their careers and communities.

Moyer, a Certified Valuation Analyst & Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, has 15 years of experience in complex financial advisory matters, focused on valuation services, and he has played a lead role on over 1,000 business and asset valuations in his career.

With specific expertise in the technology, life sciences, consumer products/services, professional and business services, education and specialty healthcare sectors, Moyer provides insights that drive ownership, board-level and executive decision-making around strategic analysis, tax and financial reporting. Deliverables include M&A and strategic investment analyses, partnership/shareholder buyout analyses, 409A analyses, gift and estate valuations, purchase price allocations, fairness opinions and impairment testing.
