Andrew Matthews Named Future Leader in Home Health Care by Aging Media Network

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--24 Hour Home Care announced today that Andrew Mathews, VP of Business Development, has been selected as a 2020 Future Leader by Aging Media Network in the category of Home Health Care.

The Future Leaders Awards, presented by Aging Media Network, recognizes high-performing employees who are shaping the next decade of care delivery in home health industries.

Over the past 11 years at 24 Hour Home Care, Andrew has created an indelible impact within the organization and its communities. In response to the pandemic, Andrew developed new partnerships to support the aging population like GrubWith24: a solution that enables high-risk individuals to order contactless food deliveries without a smartphone. When a community partner inquired if we knew a resource to provide temperature screenings for essential workers, Andrew recognized an opportunity to help. He assisted in setting up the protocols and securing the necessary PPE to provide on-site temperature screening. This led to developing SAFER at work 24 Hour Home Care’s on-site temperate screening offering. With Andrew’s guidance, 24 Hour became one of the only homecare companies to support those diagnosed with COVID-19.

“Andrew’s contributions during the pandemic have helped us remain an industry leader and make a difference in the community,” said 24 Hour Home Care’s President and Co-Founder Ryan Iwamoto. “We have always embraced change as an opportunity, even in challenging times, and Andrew exemplifies that.”
