Blackstone Announces Appointment of Gene Lockhart, Former CEO and President of Mastercard, as Senior Advisor

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blackstone (NYSE:BX) today announced the appointment of Gene Lockhart, former CEO and President of Mastercard and former President of the Global Retail Bank at Bank of America, as a Senior Advisor. Mr. Lockhart will bring his deep expertise in the financial services and financial technology sectors to advise across the firm’s businesses, with a focus on Blackstone Growth (BXG) and Blackstone Tactical Opportunities (BTO).
