U.S. Cellular Adds to 5G Device Line-Up With Samsung Galaxy A71 5G

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--U.S. Cellular today is launching the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G smartphone online and in store, bringing premium features and 5G capabilities to customers starting at under $10 per month. For a limited time, new customers who switch to U.S. Cellular on an Unlimited plan can receive $350 off the Galaxy A71 5G ($599.99 MSRP), and current upgrade-eligible customers on a 2GB or Unlimited plan can receive $150 off.¹

The Galaxy A71 5G is compatible with U.S. Cellular’s 4G LTE network across the country and is the third 5G smartphone available to customers, among several others coming in 2020. U.S. Cellular customers in parts of Iowa and Wisconsin began experiencing U.S. Cellular’s 5G network in early March when the company launched its initial 5G network. Over the next four months, U.S. Cellular has plans to expand its 5G network to customers in 11 additional states, with 5G cell sites going live on an ongoing basis.
