Fastly Announces Closing of Follow-on Public Offering and Full Exercise of the Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fastly, Inc. (“Fastly”), provider of an edge cloud platform, today announced the closing of its follow-on public offering of 6,900,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $41.50 per share. The offering included 900,000 shares sold by Fastly upon the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares.

Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, BofA Securities and Credit Suisse acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair, Raymond James, Baird, Oppenheimer & Co., Stifel, Craig-Hallum Capital Group and D.A. Davidson & Co. acted as co-managers for the offering.
