Certified Languages International Launches New Video Remote Interpreting 2.0 Platform

Leading language services company’s new program features three-way remote video functionality, providing safe, efficient access to interpreters speaking more than 230 languages

PORTLAND, Ore.--()--Certified Languages International (CLI), the Portland, Ore.-based company committed to providing over-the-phone and video remote interpreting (VRI) solutions, has recently launched its VRI 2.0 platform. The new program enables CLI’s clients to host three-way video calls with non-English-speaking individuals and interpreters, making medical appointments, meetings and transactions more safe and efficient. The new platform is HIPAA compliant, with other features including a refreshed front-end design, an easier-to-navigate interface, which pins to the top of the screen the most frequently used languages, and pre-scheduling functionality.

Displays five featured languages at the top of the screen, customizable for each account.

Easier access to interpreters in your most-requested languages.

If a video interpreter is not immediately available, “Click for options” allows the opportunity to dial an audio interpreter or schedule a video interpreter for a later appointment, all from the same screen.

Know immediately if a video interpreter is not available for that language, saving time.

Schedule a video interpreter for any available language on a specific date and time from within the platform.

Fewer steps saving time scheduling interpreting appointments.

 

Connect with a scheduled interpreter

 

Upon scheduling an interpreter, an automated confirmation email with a link will be sent. Directly launch the scheduled appointment from the email in the platform’s “Go to an appointment” button.

Expanded options for joining a scheduled appointment means easy access to scheduled appointments.
