Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Announces an Executive Change

Sean Byrne to join Diamond Estates as Chief Financial Officer

NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Ltd. (“Diamond” or the “Company”) (TSXV:DWS) is pleased to announce that Sean Byrne will be joining Diamond to serve as interim CFO effective May 21^st, 2020. Mr. Byrne previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Waterloo Brewing (2013-2018) and then Newstrike Brands (2018-2019) until the latter company was acquired by Hexo Corp.

Sean will be taking on the role currently held by Paul Dowdall, who has submitted his resignation and will be leaving the Company effective June 5, 2020 for an opportunity in another industry. Management and the board extend their thanks and appreciation to Paul for his contributions since joining Diamond early in 2019.
