Adrian Bustamante has been with the company for two and a half years, and was just appointed the VP of the Southeast Region. Bustamante started as a Manager in Training role with the intention of becoming a Field Manager. He quickly advanced to a Trainer, then the Manager of the Tile Division, and now the VP of the Southeast Region including Fla. (FL) and Ga. (GA).

David Dickerson is now the VP of the Midwest Region, covering Ind. (IN), Ky. (KY), Ohio (OH), Pa. (PA) and Tenn. (TN). Dickerson started working for the company in 2011 and started out in a sales role as an Account Manager. He then got promoted to a Branch Manager in Florida with increased responsibilities over the years. From there, Dickerson gained the role of VP of the Florida market, where market managers reported to him; and now he returns home to Kentucky and takes the title of the regional VP role.

Brian Olagues is named the VP of the Mid-South Region, covering Ark. (AR), La. (LA), Okla. (OK), and Texas (TX). Olagues is an industry veteran with 15 years’ experience. He previously worked at Beacon Building Products, and then furthered his career at the shingle manufacturer, Atlas Roofing. At Atlas Roofing, Olagues was the #1 sales rep in total squares sold and total revenue produced for three consecutive years. Both being in the industry for so long, CEO of RoofClaim.com, Brian Wedding, and Olagues have known each other for years and have built up a great relationship. With his many years of experience in the roofing industry, Olagues well-earned this promotion into the VP role.

RoofClaim.com is a subsidiary of JasperINC and is continually expanding across the country. JasperINC is also growing commercially through acquisition. RoofClaim.com’s focus on storm restoration work in the insurance industry and real estate industry has proven to be a recession proof business.

This VP role is responsible for overseeing operations within the region and for managing a team that continually drives sales and promotes business. You must be able to run operations across 3-4 states, build a sales team, motivate sales managers, and more. Ideally, RoofClaim.com is looking for candidates who have had experience running a sales team or was in a sales manager position previously.

RoofClaim.com is also looking for a President. The President’s role would be to build relationships with insurance companies and to look for ways to help reduce Loss Adjustment Expense. Candidates must have a minimum of five years in the roof industry, insurance industry, and alike. This job is high paying with great benefits.
