Orion Engineered Carbons Announces New Investor Relations Leadership

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. (NYSE: OEC), a worldwide supplier of specialty and high-performance Carbon Black, today announced the appointment of Ms. Wendy Wilson to Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for the company. Ms. Wilson will report to Orion Chief Financial Officer, Lorin Crenshaw.

Wilson will be responsible for expanding and strengthening Orion’s relationships within the investment community and partnering with management to communicate the company’s strategy and financial performance in a manner that ultimately drives recognition of its intrinsic value. She will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute global communications programs for our internal and external stakeholders.

Ms. Wilson brings over 25 years of investor relations, corporate communications and financial leadership experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and retail industries. She holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is an active member and former national Board member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Wendy will succeed Ms. Diana Downey, who has held the position of Vice President Investor Relations since the company’s initial public offering.
