Hogan Assessments Now Offering Virtual Certification Workshops

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hogan Assessments, the global leader in personality assessment and leadership development, is now offering its Hogan Assessment Certification Workshops virtually. This new option offers attendees the ability to become certified from the safety of their own home or office.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hogan’s Global Learning Department quickly transitioned its previously scheduled in-person workshops to a virtual platform, and the response from attendees who have completed Hogan Certification virtually has been overwhelmingly positive.

“We were faced with an unprecedented situation that affected our ability to facilitate our workshops in person,” says Hogan Director of Global Learning Jackie Sahm. “However, there was still a significant demand from all over the globe from people who wanted to go through our certification process. We stepped up to meet that demand, and the feedback we’ve received has been incredible.”

Each virtual Hogan workshop will be delivered over a 4-day span with half-day sessions. Start times vary to accommodate various time zones and schedules. In addition to the 4-day format for virtual workshops, there is also a mandatory introduction/Zoom orientation call at 3:30 pm ET the Monday before each workshop. The cost to attend the workshop is $2,500.

Virtual Hogan Assessment Certification Workshops are available on the following dates:

- June 2-5

- June 9-12

- June 16-19

- June 23-26

- July 7-10

- August 4-7

- August 18-21

The Hogan Certification workshop is required for use of Hogan’s assessment suite.

This course teaches professionals to interpret and apply Hogan’s three core personality-based assessments at a basic level:

• Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI): This assessment measures the “bright side” of personality; strengths that facilitate successful performance.
• Hogan Development Survey (HDS): This assessment measures the “dark side” of personality; potential career derailers that impede performance.
• Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI): This assessment measures the “inside” of personality; values and drivers that powerfully influence organizational fit and leadership style.

Participants attending all four days and successfully completing the workshop will be certified to use and interpret the Hogan inventories. Insights acquired during this intensive workshop will challenge and change the way you think about human nature, leadership and performance.
