Wyndham Capital Mortgage Hires Industry Leader Barbara Boccia as New SVP of Risk

Renowned Thought Leader and Executive to Lead Company’s Regulatory and Compliance Efforts

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wyndham Capital Mortgage, a leading digital home lending company, has announced that industry veteran and leader Barbara Boccia, CRCM, MBA, JD, has joined the organization as SVP of Risk and Compliance. Bringing over 25 years of legal and regulatory risk and compliance experience, Barbara will serve a crucial role in leading these areas for Wyndham.

Prior to joining Wyndham, Barbara was the Senior Director, Advisory Services and Regulatory Relations at Wolters Kluwer, where she helped navigate and manage a complex and evolving regulatory environment. Barbara has also gained experience guiding regulatory compliance and risk across the financial services space.

She is a regular speaker, writer and presenter in thought leadership capabilities and is a member of the American Banker Association’s Bank Compliance Editorial Advisory Board. She earned her JD from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and her MBA from San Francisco State University, and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).

Barbara will be based out of Wyndham Capital’s office in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will continue to be a part of growing its footprint not only in Charlotte but Salt Lake City and Kansas City.
