Ingevity announces change of location for 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Due to the public health impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) today announced a change in location for the company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders via the filing of additional proxy materials with the SEC.

As previously announced in its proxy materials, the company will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) on April 23, 2020, but it will now be held in a virtual format only, via live webcast. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 24, 2020, can attend the virtual meeting via the internet at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NGVT2020 by using the 16-digit control number included on the proxy card, voting instruction form or notice previously received.

Ingevity urges stockholders to vote and submit proxies in advance of the meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials used for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
