CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Names Linda Dempsey Vice President, Public Affairs

DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) today announced that Linda Dempsey has joined CF as vice president, public affairs. Linda will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s global public affairs function, reporting to Tony Will, president and chief executive officer, CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Dempsey is succeeding Rosemary O’Brien, who is retiring after 41 years with CF.

“Linda’s proven leadership across trade, investment, regulatory, tax, and other public policy issues will serve CF well in the years ahead,” said Will. “We look forward to her strategic counsel and insight as we actively participate in the legislative and regulatory process, drive engagement with our many stakeholders and communicate the broad and positive impact our company has on the world.”

Prior to joining CF, Dempsey was vice president, international economic affairs for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) where she led the manufacturing sector on international trade, investment, intellectual property and regulatory policies, legislation, and agreements. In addition to the NAM and additional work with business associations, Dempsey has also served on Capitol Hill as a senior trade advisor, worked as a lawyer in private practice, and engaged in overseas development activities in the agricultural sector.
