Red River Names Jason D. Juranek Chief Financial Officer

Experienced technology veteran to provide financial leadership and strategic vision

CLAREMONT, N.H. & RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Red River, a technology transformation company, announced today that Jason D. Juranek has been named Chief Financial Officer. Juranek brings more than 20 years of comprehensive experience driving results in financial operations management and executing growth strategies to drive company value.

Juranek most recently served as both CEO and CFO of Globecomm, a $200 million integrated technology solution provider focused on managed services in the federal government and commercial marketplace. Prior to Globecomm, Juranek was the CFO of Harris CapRock Communications, a $700 million, 1,200- employee company delivering managed services for critical networks where he managed a finance organization with teams in the United States, Brazil, Singapore, and London. With his tenure at Globecomm, Harris, and other employers, Juranek has built an impressive resume of work in services-oriented companies that serve the private and public sector.

Juranek earned his MBA from George Washington University and holds an MS in Accounting and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
