Corvias Wins National “SatisFacts” Resident Award for Customer Service

Award Reflects Improvements in Property Management Services

EAST GREENWICH, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corvias, a long-term solutions and management partner to the U.S. military, is a recipient of the 2019 National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award for excellent resident service efforts and property management for military housing. SatisFacts, a third-party company working on behalf of Corvias, measures resident satisfaction following move-in and work order completion at each of Corvias’ installations from coast-to-coast. Recipients were able to submit their responses starting Jan. 1, 2019 through Dec. 31, 2019.

Corvias installations and communities from both its Army and Air Force portfolios received the annual award for consistently maintaining a resident satisfaction score of 4.00+ out of 5.00 for property management services. Corvias scored very high in areas related to the courteousness, professionalism and knowledge of the person who placed your request for service (4.51 out of 5) and the courteousness and professionalism of the Community Management Office staff (4.80 out of 5).
