AM Best Chief Rating Officer to Discuss Innovation Assessment Measures at Insurity Valen Analytics Summit

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best Chief Rating Officer Stefan Holzberger will provide an update on the company’s innovation criteria and assessment process during the Insurity Valen Analytics Summit, which will be held Mar. 3-6, 2020, in Vail, CO.

Holzberger will provide insight into AM Best's plans for evaluating a company's level of innovation and explain how that will ultimately factor into its financial strength. “The development of our innovation criteria has been a multiyear process that incorporated extensive market feedback,” Holzberger said. “We are excited to go live with the innovation assessment in the first half of 2020, as we feel that a company’s level of innovation will increasingly become a leading indicator of its long-term financial strength.” As AM Best’s chief rating officer, Holzberger is responsible for the agency’s global ratings coverage.
