ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AVALONBAY COMMUNITIES, INC. (NYSE: AVB) announced today that its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 8:00 A.M. local time. Stockholders of record of the Company's Common Stock as of the close of business on March 16, 2020 are entitled to vote at and attend the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Company’s offices at 4040 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22203, or at such other date, time and place as may be fixed by the Chairman of the Board.
