She comes to Grabango with over 15 years of growth experience, people operations management, and successful team leadership in the technology and e-commerce industries.

Malott will lead a fast-growing team of talent managers and recruiters. She will report to the company’s CEO and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. In addition, Malott will expand programs to enrich Grabango’s culture and foster employee development.
