Arctic Glacier Expands in Indiana with Acquisition of Superior Ice Company in Indianapolis, IN

MONTCLAIR, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arctic Glacier, LLC, a leading producer and distributor of packaged ice products, today announced the acquisition of Superior Ice Company Inc. Linton, IN and Indianapolis, IN. Superior is a market leader in the Indiana marketplace and has built a fantastic reputation for providing a premium quality product along with superior customer service. The acquisition further strengthens Arctic Glacier’s rapidly expanding presence in the Midwest. The transaction represents the 8^th acquisition in the last year. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
