Wynnchurch Capital Closes on Fund V at $2.277 Billion

ROSEMONT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. ("Wynnchurch"), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced the closing of its fifth private equity fund, Wynnchurch Capital Partners V, L.P (“the Fund”) at $2.277 billion of committed capital.

The Fund, which had a target of $1.6 billion, was significantly oversubscribed, resulting in the Fund reaching its hard cap and closing quickly after its initial launch in September 2019.
