CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sterling Trading Tech (STT), leader in providing risk, compliance, and infrastructure solutions to the global equity community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Mathews as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Ben brings over 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting from a variety of financial roles where he’s successfully built out value added finance teams, improved processes and provided analysis to drive business decisions.
Mr. Mathews joins Sterling with broad experience in both corporate and operational finance, most recently as a Controller for a global workplace efficiency training solutions firm where he developed effective financial reporting, oversaw multiple strategic acquisitions and successfully managed compliance and treasury functions.
As CFO, Mr. Mathews will be responsible for ensuring that the financial operations continue to drive growth, capitalizing on the growing demand for cutting-edge complete professional trading solutions.
Mr. Mathews is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a degree in Accounting. He will be based out of our Chicago headquarters.
