MOBILE, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TruBridge, LLC, a subsidiary of CPSI (NASDAQ: CPSI), a community healthcare solutions company, announced today that following another rigorous review by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the TruBridge Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product once again achieved the “Peer Reviewed by HFMA®” designation. The results from the Interim HFMA Peer Review Survey that was completed in October 2019 reaffirmed that the RCM’s performance continues to meet HFMA’s strict Peer Review criteria. The TruBridge RCM not only maintained the “Peer Reviewed by HFMA®” designation, but scored even better than it did in the 2017 survey results.
The survey results for TruBridge’s RCM significantly exceeded that of its peer group:
- 93% of respondents strongly agreed they “Would Recommend the Product to Colleagues,” compared to the highest vendor average of 76%.
- 93% of respondents reported the product “Exceeded Expectations,” compared to the highest vendor average of 59%.
The TruBridge RCM product offers healthcare organizations of all types and sizes the ability to maximize their reimbursement while increasing productivity. The product’s web-based design allows facilities to customize the solution to fit their exact needs.
“We have a deep commitment to improving the financial health of healthcare organizations of all sizes across the country, and we are proud to be recognized by the HFMA Peer Review process and by our clients for the value they experience from our RCM product,” said Chris Fowler, president of TruBridge.
“HFMA thanks you for your ongoing commitment to quality offerings in the healthcare finance space.
