ROYAL OAK, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gongos, Inc., a decision intelligence company, today announced the appointment of Amy Perifanos to Vice President, Strategy & Implementation, a newly formed practice area for the company. The Strategy & Implementation group drives growth for BtoC and BtoB organizations by developing and embedding customer-centric strategies into the fabric of the organization. The group focuses on competencies that support change management, employee experience, and human-centered innovation—all in service of building more customer-centric cultures on behalf of its clients.
Perifanos most recently led the company’s Design & Creative Communication practice, now to be led by Creative Director Alex Awn, who has been with the company since April 2019.

Essential to this is ensuring employee and customer experiences are in lockstep. With Gongos since 2007, Perifanos was instrumental in launching the company’s Insight Curation practice and has led the growth of key client accounts in the food, beverage and lifestyle sectors. She also sits on the company’s leadership team.

Awn comes to Gongos from Tweddle Group where he led design, CGI and project strategy teams from strategic planning to implementation while mentoring the firm’s group of designers and developers.
