De Oliveira’s primary focus will be to implement inventory management best practices and quality control measures and nurture client and vendor relationships. His addition comes on the heels of the company’s recent U.S. expansion.
De Oliveira brings with him an extensive background in the energy industry, with the bulk of his career spent serving as Inventory Planner and Demand Planner for Cameron, a Schlumberger company. At Cameron, he oversaw $3M in inventory and was instrumental with tracking and delivering equipment to the customer. He consistently delivered inventory early or on-time and achieved cost savings for both the company and the client with his strong negotiating skills. Through De Oliveira’s Lean Sigma 6 training, he redesigned a service facility’s production process from product creation to delivery to enhance the process for cost and time-savings. The program resulted in increased productivity and on-time delivery to customers.
In addition, De Oliveira has established relationships with vendors and manufacturers from across North America. “I am excited to join a progressive, client-focused company like Morphpackers.
