MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Recognizing current and prospective clients’ growing and complex Human Resource (HR) challenges, SevenHills Cleveland Benefit Partners (SHC) recently acquired KTB Resources Ltd., a company specializing in HR processes and solutions. Industry expert, Nicole Dodge Klitzke, will join the company to implement and lead the new division.

Depending on the unique needs of each client, the company will extend services such as, hiring, performance management, compensation, safety programs and much more.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communications and an MBA with a concentration in human resource management and leadership development. She has her Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Southwest Metro Human Resource Association (SWMHRA).
