Mr. Cook earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College in North Carolina, and his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Indiana University. He holds a CFA certification, as well as Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 registrations.

Mr. Srivastava will be responsible for all IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, governance and data security across the company. “We are excited to welcome Hemant to our team,” said Peter Cahall. “His leadership will be critical as we continue to invest in our client reporting platform and enhance our information technology infrastructure.”

Prior to joining CapAcuity, Mr. Srivastava headed an independent consulting firm which provided enterprise-wide strategy, financial, and information technology consulting services to a wide range of large public and private companies. Previously, he was chief information officer at Hooper Holmes, Inc., a national health risk assessment provider.
