Maintenance supervisor James Hamilton was conducting a playground safety equipment check at a Maxus Properties community when he took the record-setting photo. HappyCo CEO Jindou Lee flew to Arkansas to surprise Hamilton and present hand-selected gifts. The maintenance supervisor thanked Lee for creating the mobile solution, too.

I don’t have to worry about paper forms going missing anymore — I just love it.” Regional managers and other senior executives watched as Lee presented Hamilton with a signed jersey from his favorite Dallas Cowboy player, linebacker Leighton Vander Esch.
