Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) (Paris:DSY) announces that the Board of Directors decided to propose to the next General Meeting of Shareholders of May 23, 2019 the approval of a dividend of sixty-five eurocents (€0.65) per share for the year 2018, payable in cash only.
Shares will be traded ex-dividend as of May 29, 2019 and dividends made payable on May 31, 2019.
