AUCKLAND, New Zealand--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Accordo Group, a global B2B leader in technology lifecycle management, today announced it has appointed Yann Teboul as Head of Global Service Operations.
Teboul’s mission will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of Accordo’s global service delivery teams which currently support over 25 countries globally. Having responsibility for delivering excellence throughout the customer journey, Teboul will lead his organization to meet and exceed agreed upon service levels in support of Accordo’s client satisfaction promise.
With decades of proven success for companies such as Vodafone, Datacom and Arthur Andersen, Teboul will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end delivery of all Accordo tele-services through an agile methodology ensuring quality, efficiency and scalability. Teboul will serve on Accordo’s executive leadership team reporting directly to CEO Eric Martorano.

Prior to Accordo, Teboul served as Strategic Partnership Director & Global Services Manager at Vista Entertainment Solutions. His diverse background and depth of knowledge enable him to leverage his strong business management skills with a keen understanding of the technical aspects of the IT industry. Teboul is a former Chairman of the French New Zealand Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been a French Foreign Trade Advisor for years. Teboul graduated from Benedict School of Switzerland with a Diploma of HE Commerce.
