OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: AMTD) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST (10 a.m. EST) and will take place at its corporate headquarters, located at 200 South 108th Avenue in Omaha, Neb.
The Company will also broadcast the meeting online via a virtual shareholders meeting, which will provide shareholders of record as of Dec. 17, 2018 with an opportunity to vote and ask questions of the Company’s management team and board of directors online and in real time. Shareholders may access the virtual meeting through the "Presentations & Events" page of the Company’s corporate website, www.amtd.com, by clicking on the date “February 13,” or directly via amtd.onlineshareholdermeeting.com. The virtual meeting portal includes a forum that allows shareholders of record to submit questions in advance, to be addressed during the meeting.
