The dividend reflects a commitment to rewarding shareholders and encouraging long-term investment in Mannatech’s common stock.
The previously reported record date of December 6, 2018 was revised due to all U.S. Markets being closed on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 for a national day of mourning in honor of the late President George H.W. Bush. As a result, the previously declared shareholder of record date of December 6, 2018 has been revised to December 7, 2018.
