(the "Company" or “CBR”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Finch to the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) and Director of Sales and Marketing effective immediately. This recently created position is part of the Company’s commitment to materially expanding its market presence as a leader in providing risk management and planning solutions to community banks nationwide. Mr. Finch has over ten years’ experience in sales and marketing within the community bank industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Synovus Securities, Inc. supporting their sales of fixed income securities and financial services to community banks, credit unions, and municipal institutions. Mr. Finch earned his MBA from The University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of the South.
