CINCINNATI--()--Kinettix, a global leader in providing IT field technicians and break/fix dispatches to U.S.-based enterprises and managed service providers, announced today that startup veteran and business development expert Phil Fannin has joined the Kinettix leadership team with an equity stake. Fannin previously worked with Kinettix CEO Chad Mattix at Contingent, a telecommunications company Fannin co-founded and sold to Comcast.

“Phil has a proven track record of exceeding client expectations, and we were anxious to bring his expertise to our new company, Kinettix,” stated Chad Mattix, CEO and founder. “He is experienced in selling complex, strategic solutions to both wholesale and enterprise organizations while managing C-level and senior leadership contacts through his client-centric, consultative approach.”

Fannin noted that Kinettix can deliver on the pain points of today’s customers, whether they want to expand in the U.S. or across the globe. He believes Kinettix has a unique position of strength to serve these clients, without the delay of extensive onboarding, confusion of language and cultural differences or varying tax and accounting policies.

“Phil has been a trusted advisor and friend to Boddie-Noell for over 10 years,” stated Bob Larimer, VP of Information Services at Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. “He has helped provide context and guidance for our various IT infrastructures, including wired and wireless deployments in rural and remote areas for up to 350 locations. He truly engages with customers and develops long-term relationships with them, with continuous follow-up and service beyond the initial sale. Being a key driver in the development and growth of Contingent, we have great confidence he will do the same in his next chapter with Kinettix.”

Fannin explained that Kinettix offers what he considers the next generation of third-party labor sourcing on a global level: “Whether you are a service provider, multi-site enterprise business, restaurant or retailer, you can lower costs and improve outcomes by partnering with a business like Kinettix to manage the labor on your behalf,” Fannin noted. “Managing third-party resources is challenging, and there is an art in doing it well. Kinettix has decades of combined experience and the expertise to provide project management and coordination to manage the field tech resources for break-fix services or large-scale, multi-site deployment projects.”
