TAMPA, Fla.--()--Optimum HealthCare, Inc. (Optimum) today announced that the Company’s 2019 Medicare Advantage HMO plans, which will be offered in 25 counties throughout Florida, will be rated 4.5 Stars by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), with five stars being the best rating.
