OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today Netsmart and myStrength announced a strategic partnership to extend the myStrength digital, evidence-based tools to all Netsmart behavioral health clients by integrating the content into its electronic health record (EHR) platforms. As part of the partnership, Netsmart will also roll out the innovative self-care resources to its associates to help them manage and overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, chronic pain and sleep.
Depression and its associated conditions cost the U.S. approximately $210 billion a year and affect more than 50 million individuals. myStrength has created a mobile, digital resource that complements other forms of care, such as medication and working with a behavioral health professional, to provide support that is affordable and accessible.

Netsmart was recently honored by the National Council for Behavioral Health for its work in MHFA with the Business Leadership Award.
