LCT was the first company to introduce a 300 mm furnace in 1997. This new generation, the KX320MCZR, is optimized for producing 300 mm crystals with a 1300 mm furnace size. It’s 3500 mm-high receiving chamber can accommodate 32-inch crucibles and it has a superconducting magnet. Additionally, Linton Crystal staff work with clients at the time of sale to customize each furnace as necessary to meet their organization or industry requirements.
