DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinetic Training Club, a new health club taking an innovative approach to personal training and holistic fitness has announced its opening. Located in the Riverfront neighborhood at 1610 Little Raven St. near downtown Denver, the 3,100-square-foot club focuses on one-on-one, personal training sessions, rather than the traditional “drop in” concept where members come to work out with little or no interaction with trainers.
Kinetic’s personal trainers Nate Fryer and Raul Jas bring more than 40 years’ combined experience to the club and provide complementary expertise in areas that create the club’s holistic approach. Fryer, Kinetic’s owner, has specialized training in rehabilitating people back from injury; Jas has training and educational background in nutrition and wellness.
“We are very excited to bring Kinetic Training Club to life in Denver,” said Fryer. “For anyone who is seeking a holistic approach to fitness, and those who enjoy the outdoors and want to stay connected with it – hiking, biking, skiing, etc. – Kinetic was designed specifically with you in mind. Our tagline: ‘Dedicated to Your Pursuit to Move,’ truly sums up who we are. Whether you are coming back from injury or just deciding now is the time to commit to health and fitness, we are the personal training experts that can design workouts specific to your goals.”
Kinetic monthly memberships (there are no long-term contract commitments) range from $400 for one personal training session per week; $800 for two per week; to $1,200 for three. Beyond the personal training sessions, members can use the club at any time for their personalized programs. This approach is where the culture of community is created: members get to know one another and trainers can ensure that individual workouts are done correctly, safely and remain effective. The club is open from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Kinetic Training Club offers state-of-the-art training equipment, spacious locker rooms, a smoothie station and other high-end amenities. The club will also offer Yoga classes, outdoor group activities and events.
“In a private and exclusive setting, we cater to the executive who wishes to be active, enjoys the outdoors and seeks a healthy lifestyle,” Fryer said. “They may not have the time to develop a training and health regimen on their own, so they come to us weekly where we can help, and adjust their personal fitness program as needed, in real-time. Our members appreciate the country club atmosphere and love the attention to detail, the custom exercises, the nutritional advice, the ability to rehab when needed, and the customer service. Above all, they love the results they are seeing.”
