SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eccovia Solutions, the provider of ClientTrack—an industry-leading care coordination platform—announced today key takeaways and insights from “Connecting Communities,” a user forum hosted yesterday at the Microsoft Technology Center in Philadelphia. The unique event brought together ClientTrack users from across the healthcare and human services spectrum to share success stories, discuss best practices and learn about new features.
“We have a strong community of ClientTrack users, and believe that the unique collective experiences they have can help propel new ideas for integration and collaboration,” said Sam Taylor, Director of Solutions for Health and Human Services and Public Sector at Eccovia Solutions. “Our clients continue to search for new and innovative ways to address the needs of their communities, and Eccovia’s User Forum provides them with an opportunity to share ideas and network with other organizations facing similar challenges. We also learn from our clients in these forums and throughout the year, allowing us to implement new features and solutions to address the needs of organizations working with underserved populations.”
Users from organizations focused on a wide range of services, including resolving homelessness, coordinating care between clinics and providing nutrition for people living with chronic diseases, shared real-life examples of successfully integrating ClientTrack to capture and manage social determinant data, as well as best practices to communicate across providers.
“ClientTrack gives us the flexibility to continue expanding our solutions as our programs grow in size and complexity,” said Jeanne-Marie Hagan, Program Compliance Director at Women Against Abuse, the leading domestic violence service provider in Philadelphia. “The system allows our organization to track and analyze client demographic data and trends, assess client needs and progress, and maintain a comprehensive history of client information, all while saving a huge amount of time in reporting.”
During the forum, Eccovia Solutions announced a new product that is now available. Built on the Microsoft Power BI tools, ClientTrack Data Analytics gives the user powerful insights into a wide range of health and social determinant data. This integration expands the existing technology partnership between Eccovia Solutions and Microsoft, which hosts ClientTrack on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
“ClientTrack Data Analytics builds upon a legacy of more than 20 years of empowering healthcare and human services organizations to coordinate care more efficiently, collect high-quality data and streamline reporting capabilities,” said Taylor. “We are thrilled to continue this commitment by offering a new, insights-driven way for organizations to expand and simplify data collection and management.”
