SevOne SD-WAN Monitoring Solution Increases Operational Agility of MSPs

SevOne Showcases New Monitoring Solution for Cisco SD-WAN Enabled Services at Cisco Live

BOSTON--()--SevOne, a leading provider of network and infrastructure management solutions, today unveiled the SevOne SD-WAN Monitoring Solution. Based on the SevOne Data Platform, this new solution increases operational agility of Managed Services Providers (MSPs) offering multiple, complex network services over their multi-tenant, multi-vendor Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WANs).

With initial support for Cisco SD-WAN, offering users easier deployment and operation of their WAN with faster performance and the ability to scale bandwidth cost effectively, the SevOne SD-WAN Monitoring Solution delivers MSPs the foundation of real-time and historical visibility into their network with specific tenant health. MSPs can easily extend the solution and increase visibility across their entire service delivery path, including enterprise wi-fi from campus to branch, software defined datacenters and more. With five new dashboards to provide visibility of their multi-vendor-based SD-WANs with insight into the network services running on them, this new SevOne Solution helps MSP network operations and engineering teams to ease the transition from offering MPLS-based services to new hybrid SD-WAN-based services.

“Enterprise accounts consuming MSP services today require high quality service delivery,” stated Jim Melvin, SevOne’s SVP, Marketing and Corporate Development. “The SevOne SD-WAN Monitoring Solution enables MSPs to provide real-time insight of complex services running across their infrastructure, and then extend that visibility across their entire service delivery path to continuously meet and exceed their service quality targets.”

“Cisco SD-WAN with the SevOne SD-WAN Monitoring Solution provides MSPs a joint solution to deliver the agility and cost efficiency of Cisco SD-WAN to their end customers,” said Ramesh Prabagaran, Director, Product Management, Cisco. “Paired with solutions like SevOne, Cisco SD-WAN gives customers a chance to solve issues before they impact the network, optimizing business operations and user experience.”

Key Benefits of the SevOne SD-WAN Monitoring Solution:

  • Ease the MSP Transition to SD-WANs - MSPs can monitor existing traditional MPLS WAN and new software-defined WAN from the same dashboard. They can also automatically monitor new SD-WAN infrastructure as soon as it’s deployed.
  • Extensibility - MSPs can extend visibility to other critical network assets across their customer networks, such as enterprise campus and branch office wi-fi, software defined data centers, public cloud and more.
  • Service Level Insight - MSPs can better understand how infrastructure performance affects the customer’s applications and services with user-configurable single tenant and multi-tenant dashboards with service level insight.
  • Provide Flexibility - The solution’s dashboards can be modified to easily create and share MSP-specific dashboards, which can then be stitched together as workflows across multiple MSP teams to better fit into their operational model.
