WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Buchanan & Edwards Inc., an award-winning and fast-growing technology leader creating transformative solutions for government customers, announced today that Kathy Rondon, former chief operating officer at The Reports and Requirements Company LLC (R2C), a Buchanan & Edwards company, has been promoted to vice president of talent management at Buchanan and Edwards. Dave Villani has been promoted to chief operating officer at R2C.

Rondon, a former government employee specializing in collection management, has more than 25 years of experience in the national security arena. In 2008, she founded R2C with CEO Katrina Barlow. In her new position, Rondon will focus on training and career development for employees of Buchanan & Edwards, which acquired R2C last year.

Villani, who has worked at R2C since 2015, will be responsible for the daily operations at R2C. He has almost a decade of experience serving as a contract specialist managing a portfolio of complex, classified and unclassified contracts; conducting cost realism analysis; and negotiating contract modifications. Villani previously worked for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy and in the intelligence community.
