Clinigence and The PPRNet Foundation are Partnering to Advance Care Quality and Value-based Transformation

ATLANTA & CHARLESTON, S.C.--()--Clinigence and The PPRNet Foundation (“TPF”) announce a collaborative partnership to facilitate success in value-based care. The partnership will give TPF’s member clinicians access to technology and data for Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs) combined with unique quality improvement and practice transformation services based on decades of experience.

This partnership combines the clinically integrated MIPS and APM solutions of Clinigence with TPF’s extensive clinical quality measure (CQM) set, developed over years of research and quality improvement. Clinigence will provide actionable information to clinicians at the point of care, empowering them to improve quality and prevent gaps in care. Providers will also be able to report under MIPS through the Clinigence Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) and participate in APMs, such as Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+), the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), and more .

Jacob Margolin, CEO of Clinigence, said, “TPF members that are looking to improve quality will be excited to get real-time actionable information. Providers will get a superior dashboard view of their population to easily monitor and manage their patients continuously. We also look forward to introducing Clinigence customers to the vast experience of TPF in quality improvement and practice transformation.”

Both organizations are dedicated to improving the quality of care; therefore, it was critical that the partnership provided significant value to the clinicians they serve. TPF offers educational resources, networking activities, and access to practice-based research projects. Combined with Clinigence’s real-time quality reporting and population health management tools, the partnership enables clinicians to join a high-performance network and accelerate their transition to value-based care.

Steven Ornstein, MD, President of The PPRNet Foundation, said, “A partnership with Clinigence will permit TPF to focus on its major areas of expertise: providing education and consultation to primary care clinicians providing evidence-based high-value quality care while continuing to conduct research and demonstration projects to further develop this evidence.”
